This website presents documents, court transcripts, and deposition transcripts which evidence fraud committed upon the courts by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. There are deposition transcripts where former and current Los Angeles County District Attorney Office employees have admitted falsifying documents and evidence, committing fraud upon the courts, lying to a judge, and admit this is an ongoing occurrence.
The website also presents deposition transcripts from the ongoing lawsuit challenging the Fraud Upon the Court by LA County which evidence witness coaching, the signing by a witness of blank discovery forms, and the falsification of evidence by the law firm of Nelson & Fulton in this case. The court transcripts show Judge Gutman ruling on an order that did not exist at the time of the ruling, and then requesting the defense to prepare the order he ruled upon for him to sign. The order subsequently prepared had additional material inserted into it by the defense attorney in order to strengthen the defendants case upon appeal of the ruling. The transcripts show Judge Gutman ordering Mr. Tripati to post $50,000.00 in the midst of the proceedings as part of his effort to prevent Mr. Tripati from challenging and exposing the fraudulent practices by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. This $50,000.00 was ordered only after Mr.Tripati obtained and presented evidence of these practices in this case. Typically this requirement has stopped cases from proceeding.
There is a definite bias on the part of the judge in order to prevent Los Angeles from experiencing another scandal. However, the money was posted with the court by cashiers check on March 15, 2006 by supporters of Mr. Tripati and of Judicial Reform. To our knowledge, this is the first time in California someone has posted this type of surety money to allow a case to be presented.
